We are dedicated to providing top quality Special Inspection and Testing services, and Architectural/Engineering (A/E) consulting services for our clients. DnA specializes in new buildings, building rehabilitation, modernization, and repair/restoration design and special inspection projects. Furthermore, our experience includes extensive work in large scale projects and occupied in-use buildings and facilities.

By all means, projects for our clients consist of mechanical, structural, civil, geotechnical, life safety, and other non-structural work. These projects often have very tight scheduling deadlines. DnA provides the necessary experience and expertise to generate plans of action and perform required engineering consulting services. Equally, We overcome challenges for approvals and code compliance required by NYC DOB, FDNY, SBS, or other NYC Authorities having jurisdictions.

Professional Engineers, Registered Architects, Masters of Special Inspection (MSI), and Field Engineers certified by the ACI, AWS, ICC, and NICET. Lastly, we provide comprehensive reports in a timely fashion that itemize issues and assign responsibility. Streamlining inspections allows for faster problem resolution/closeout. For example, we can help with obtaining Temporary Certificate of Occupancy, Certificate of Occupancy, or Certificate of Completion faster.
